Agreement and conditions for using the HELPNHOME online platform.

Terms of use:
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SC HELPNHOME SRL (Online Helpnhome Platform) Registered in the trade register under no. J40 / 159277/2017, CUI 38177256 with address in Bucharest, Sect. 6, Soseaua Virtutii, Nr 19D which regulates the use of the Online Helpnhome Platform. The use of all personal data that you submit to the Online Helpnhome Platform or that we collect about you is governed by our Global Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). A copy of our Privacy Policy is available “here”. You confirm that, using the online platform Helpnhome, you have reviewed the Privacy Policy. Your consent to the registration and continued use of the Online Helpnhome Platform constitutes your acceptance and consent to all terms and conditions of these Global Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement (as defined below), which we may publish from time to time. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer comply with this Agreement, you must deactivate your account, and immediately discontinue using the Helpnhome Online Platform. The privacy policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and the form together and is hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO FOLLOW THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS TERMS, YOU CANNOT USE OR ACCESS THE HELPNHOME ONLINE PLATFORM.
BY ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND / OR USING THE HELPNHOME ONLINE PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, THAT YOU ARE QUALIFIED, QUALIFIED,
Your use of the Online Helpnhome Platform constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all terms and conditions in the Terms and Conditions section.
Some benchmarks of these Terms and Conditions include:
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into mandatory contracts to use or access the Helpnhome Online Platform.
You agree that the technology for the Online Helpnhome Platform is provided “as is” and without warranty. Your agreement that S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. makes no warranties and has no liability with regard to the actions of users on the HELPNHOME Online Platform or the performance of services.
Your confirmation and agreement that S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. does not supervise, investigate, control, or monitor the activity of a professional and the services performed.
Confirmation and your agreement that the Beneficiaries (clients) are solely responsible for determining whether the Professional you are requesting is qualified and has the status authorized to fulfill the request made by him.
Confirmation and agreement that the Professionals are contracted independently by the Beneficiaries (client) and are not employees of SC HELPNHOME SRL. They are independent contractors or service providers through the Helpnhome application.
Your agreement not to claim compensation from SC HELPNHOME SRL due to incorrect use or inability to use the online platform Helpnhome or the content sent from your account.
By checking that you have accepted the agreement and the conditions of use, you assume all the legal responsibility, it having the role of contract between Helpnhome and Beneficiary (client) as well as Professional.

1. The Helpnhome platform connects Professionals and Beneficiaries (clients):

The online platform Helpnhome is an internet connection-based communication platform that allows connections between Beneficiaries (clients) and Professionals. “Beneficiaries” (clients) are individuals and / or companies wishing to obtain short-term services (“Service”) from Professionals and are therefore clients of Professionals, and “Professionals” are authorized companies or individuals who want to perform Customer Service. Beneficiaries (customers) and Professionals together are hereinafter referred to as “Users”. If you agree to the terms of a task with another Beneficiary, you and other users form a Direct Service Agreement between you two, as set out in more detail below.
Professionals are COMPANIES or AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS. Professionals ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF SC HELPNHOME SRL. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICES AND DOES NOT EMPLOY INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES TO PERFORM SERVICES. USERS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SC HELPNHOME SRL DOES NOT SUPERVISE, DIRECTLY APPLY, CONTROL OR MONITOR THE ACTIVITY OF A PROFESSIONAL AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. INCLUDING A WARRANTY OR CONDITIONING OF SERVICES. DOES NOT OFFER A WARRANTY OR QUALITY CONDITIONS IN THE EVENT THAT A PROFESSIONAL DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE. They do not represent the guarantee that the Professional is licensed. or qualified for that service. Unless it presents supporting documents uploaded in his personal section. It is the obligation of the beneficiary (client) to check before accessing a service. The Helpnhome platform allows connections between users to perform services. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. is not responsible for the performance or communication of Users, nor does it have control over the quality, timing, legality, non-provision, or any other aspects of the services between, Professionals or Beneficiaries (clients). the actions or omissions of any User, or of any evaluations or references provided by the beneficiaries regarding the professional. The Helpnhome online platform does not offer any guarantee or representation regarding the reliability or accuracy of the tasks requested or the services provided by Professionals, or the communications between Users identified through the Helpnhome online Platform, either in public or private, through on-line or off-line interactions, or otherwise of any kind.

2. User Checks, User Representations and Warranties:

Users may be subject to a review process before they can register for and during the use of the online platform Helpnhome, which may include, but is not limited to: identity verification, verification of employment and criminal rights, using the services of third parties, after case. Although S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. may perform background checks, S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. cannot confirm whether each user is who he claims to be, and S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. cannot and does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the verification information.

SC Helpnhome S.R.L. has no legal right to investigate or criminalize any user. Therefore disclaims any responsibility for any criminal act committed by Professionals or Beneficiaries (Clients).
User representations and warranties:
All users represent and warrant that: You are at least the required legal age of 18 years and are able to enter into binding contracts; You have the right, the authority and the capacity to accept this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you will abide by this.
You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms. You will respect the confidentiality (including and without limitation, privacy, family and home life), ownership and data protection rights of Users and you will not record (video, audio or otherwise) any service or any interaction by or with a User and / or SC Helpnhome S.R.L. in connection with the Helpnhome Platform without the prior written consent of S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. and / or the relevant User, as appropriate;
You will fulfill the commitments you make to other Users, you will communicate clearly and promptly by chat, that you will be present and / or available when you agree with the Professional or Beneficiary, as the case may be, and use only specified payment methods. or approved by SC Helpnhome S.R.L. to make or receive payment for services provided through the online Helpnhome Platform;
You will act professionally and responsibly in your interactions with other Users;
You will use your real name or company name and an updated photo on your profile;
When you use or access the Online Helpnhome Platform, you will act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in good faith;
You will not use the Online Helpnhome Platform for the purchase of controlled or illegal substances or services.
If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and to link the entity to this Agreement. Unless it was fully and promptly disclosed in writing to SC Helpnhome SRL, you have no motivation, status or interest that S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. you may reasonably wish to know him or her about the Helpnhome online platform, whether or not you use or intend to use the Helpnhome online platform for any journalistic, academic, investigative, or illegal purpose.
In addition, Professionals represent and warrant that:
When you use the Helpnhome Online Platform, you operate as a partnership, limited liability company, corporation, authorized individual, or other business entity;
You are normally engaged in an independently established business, of the same nature as the services provided to customers through the Helpnhome online Platform and you maintain an independent clientele;
You have the unrestricted right to work in the country where you intend to operate.
If the service is performed in an area that requires you to hold an authorization or registration, you have the necessary authorization and license to register the tax;
You are responsible for identifying and obtaining any necessary authorizations, permits, or registrations before you provide services and undertake services.
You have any insurance (compulsory or non-compulsory) necessary to provide you with the services and to cover any material or human damages.
You will honor your commitments to the Beneficiaries (customers) on the Online Helpnhome Platform, including by responding promptly to auctions when you are online and performing the service (s), as agreed with the Beneficiary (customer); and providing to the Beneficiary (customer) in a timely manner and you will provide high quality services;
You will provide services for which you have the necessary skills and expertise and you will provide these services safely and in accordance with all applicable laws.

3. Contract between Beneficiaries (clients) and PROFESSIONALS:

You acknowledge and agree that you agree to a legally binding contract with another User, it is formed when you and that User agree to the terms of a service. The terms of the service contract include the terms mentioned in this section, the terms of employment proposed and accepted on the Online Helpnhome Platform and any other contractual clauses accepted by both the Professional and the Beneficiary (their client), insofar as these terms do not fall within conflict with the terms of this agreement, including this section, and does not extend SC’s obligations HELPNHOME S.R.L. and does not restrict the rights of S.C.HELPNHOME S.R.L. under this Agreement. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. is not a party to any Service Agreement and the formation of a Service Agreement will not, under any circumstances, create an employment or other service relationship between S.C.HELPNHOME S.R.L. and Professional and will not create an employment relationship between the Beneficiary (client) and the Professional. Users do not have the authority to enter into written or oral contracts – implied or express – on behalf of S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. The role of S.C. Helpnhome S.RL. , beyond allowing connections between the Beneficiary (client) and the Professional through its platform, is to collect the fee for publishing an application and collecting it for S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. according to the required tarif .S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. , does not assume any responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of the Professional, either inside or outside the online Helpnhome Platform. Where it is approved in advance by the Beneficiary (client), the Professional is not obliged to perform the task personally. Companies may employ assistants, helpers, subcontractors or other staff (“Professional Assistants”). For security reasons, these Professional Assistants will be verified within the online platform Helpnhome. Failure to comply with this provision by the Professional will be a violation of this Agreement and could result in removal from the online platform Helpnhome. The Professional assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of these Professional Assistants and is fully responsible for the legal payment of all compensation. , benefits and expenses of Professional Assistants, if any, and for all tax deductions imposed and applicable in respect of this Professional Assistant. Clients are responsible for confirming with their Professional that Professional Assistants are registered on the Helpnhome online platform, and clients understand that they enter into separate service agreements with Professionals and each Professional Assistant. While using the online platform Helpnhome, it is up to them whether or not they will be present when a service is provided. Clients who choose not to be present at the performance of a service agree that if someone other than themselves registers a service on their behalf or is present when the task is performed, they appoint that person as the agent (“Beneficiary’s Agent”) and the Professional. may follow instructions from the Beneficiary’s Agent, as if such an indication had been given by the Beneficiary (client). If you are the Agent of a Beneficiary (client) and access, respectively, use the online platform Helpnhome on behalf of a Beneficiary (customer), means that you have obligations as the Beneficiary (customer) to comply with all the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The Beneficiary (client) assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of the Beneficiary’s Agents. The Beneficiary (customer) will pay in full for the service (s) through online or cash payment, as indicated on the Helpnhome Platform, at the rates agreed by the parties to the Service Agreement. Each Beneficiary agrees to abide by the Service Agreement and this Agreement during the employment, performance and completion of a Service.

4. Billing and payment:

Beneficiaries (clients) contract for services directly on the online platform Helpnhome Professionals. SC Helpnhome S.R.L. will not be a party to any contract for services. The platform fee must be paid through the online platform by uploading the virtual wallet when a Professional wants to bid for an application, the fee for each auction is 10 lei(or equivalent from country where you operate). It must be paid for each request partly and reimbursed in case a Beneficiary (client) does not accept the Professional’s price offer, the amount will be returned in his virtual wallet and he can either continue bidding with it or will be able to request its reimbursement in writing by email at the office @ helpnhome.ro. The professional will have to pay the equivalent value of the platform fee every time he bids until a bid expires (the term is 3 days), or is won by another Professional the amount being returned in the virtual wallet and will he could bid with her without having to charge 10 lei(or equivalent from country where you operate). Payment for services will be made directly from the Beneficiary (client) to the Professional by online or cash payment, and not by S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. SC Helpnhome S.R.L. is not obliged to compensate the Professional for non-payment to the Beneficiary (client) if he does not pay for the services provided. The publication of an announcement in the category of full time employment is 10 lei(or equivalent from country where you operate).
If a Professional cancels the commitment made by winning an auction, for unjustified reasons, on the day the date of execution of the service was set, he loses the right to request a refund of the amount paid in order to bid on a request made by a Beneficiary (client). If the Professional has paid the platform fee to access the request of a Beneficiary (client) and the latter does not honor the request made, for unjustified reasons, the Professional will be refunded the money in the virtual wallet or can benefit by reimbursing the platform fee.
Professionals are responsible for accurately billing their Beneficiaries (clients). Beneficiaries (clients) will be responsible for paying the invoice (s) for each service, which will include the set price of the service provided by the Professional, any out-of-pocket expenses agreed by the parties in connection with the service will be settled by the Beneficiary (client). based on the shopping voucher presented by the Professional, they are not commissioning by SC Helpnhome S.R.L. Online payment platforms can commission online payment transactions separately. They are not associated with the Online Helpnhome Platform. For transport, parcel or home delivery orders, the fuel price is set at the price agreed with the Professional and will be commissioned together with the service performed by the Professional. . To help prevent fraud and protect user information from the risk of unauthorized access, S.C. Helpnhome S.R.L. and online payment platforms can validate an account before activation and before each booking.

5. S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. and Professionals:

This online platform is an auction platform and works according to the visible bidding system of a price for the provision of services. The Beneficiary (client) will have visible in his platform a maximum of 5 Professional accounts where the tie will be made according to the criteria chosen by the Beneficiary ( client) as follows: distance, price, evaluations or execution time. After selection, the Beneficiary (client) and the Professional will establish through the online platform Helpnhome in the chat or telephone section the details of the service that will follow.
The Helpnhome platform does not commission any service provided by the Professional. Professionals will be responsible for any fees that must be paid for the services provided in the agreement between him and the Beneficiary (client).
Companies can hire assistants, helpers, subcontractors or other staff (collective “Professional Assistants”). For security reasons, these Professional Assistants will be registered in the online platform Helpnhome. Failure to comply with this provision by the Professional will be a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in removal from the online platform Helpnhome. The Professional assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of these Professional Assistants and is fully responsible for the legal payment of all compensation, benefits and expenses of the Professional Assistants, if any, and for all tax deductions imposed and applicable on this Professional Assistant. The companies will be responsible for the payment of taxes and duties for the Professional Assistants. SC Helpnhome S.R.L. does not assume any obligation of employment or any other form of collaboration with them.
Professionals, individuals have the obligation to inform themselves about the laws and legal obligations before using the online platform Helpnhome.
To communicate with the Beneficiary (customer) in advance for the purchase of materials or goods and to present the receipt for settlement. Settlement is made by the Beneficiary (customer) and will not be commissioned by the online platform Helpnhome, not being considered a commissioning party.
Not to engage in services that exceed both legal and professional competence. Any damages or accidents caused by them will not be assumed by SC HELPNHOME SRL. To have insurance of goods against possible material damages. SC HELPNHOME SRL does not assume any material or physical damages, these fall under the responsibility of the Professionals.
To honor all the requests accepted and tendered by him through the online platform Helpnhome. Failure to comply with a commitment entails the suspension of the account for a certain period, as follows: In case of non-presentation or cancellation of at most 3 services, the account will be suspended days from the date of cumulation of the 3 services. If a professional accumulates within 3 months more than 3 non-presentations or cancellations of the services, his account will be permanently suspended.
SC . HELPNHHOME S.R.L. does not control or manage the performance of Professional services, nor does it establish jobs or working hours. Professionals provide services under their own name or company name and not under the name of S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L.
SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. does not provide machinery, tools, implements or consumables for the performance of services. Professionals are free to maintain an unrestricted clientele from S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. , and are free to offer their services elsewhere, including through competing platforms. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. does not set the working hours or terms of the Professionals. Professionals are free to accept or reject Beneficiaries (clients) or contracts. Professionals are not sanctioned for rejecting Beneficiaries (clients) or contracts, although if a Professional accepts a Beneficiary (client) or a contract through the online platform Helpnhome, they must fulfill their contractual obligations. on the online platform Helpnhome without deducting any taxes or imposing them by SC. HELPNHOME S.R.L .The online platform Helpnhome does not offer employment and is not a job placement agency in conclusion S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. is not the employer of any user. Professionals acknowledge and confirm that they are responsible for auctions and performance of services and that, depending on how they perform the service, there is a chance of individual profit or loss.

6. How to use the Public Information section:

The online platform Helpnhome may contain profiles, e-mail systems, blogs, message boards, reviews, ratings, task posts, chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities and / or other messaging or communication facilities (“Areas ”) that allow Users to communicate with other Users. You can use such community areas to send and receive messages and materials that are relevant and appropriate. For your safety and integrity within the HELPNHOME online platform, you should not share your personal contact information with other users. The Helpnhome online platform may not be used for any of the following purposes:
Defame, abuse, harass, send, threaten, intimidate, misrepresent, mislead, or infringe rights (such as , privacy rights, human rights, privacy, reputation and publicity) of others, including Users or employees of S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L .;
To publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene or illegal or language material or information;
To upload files containing software or other material that infringes the intellectual property rights (or privacy or advertising rights) of any User, third party or S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L .;
To upload files or software that could damage the Helpnhome online platform or its users’ computers;
To advertise or offer the sale of goods or services for any commercial purpose through the online platform Helpnhome which are not relevant to the services provided;
To conduct or submit surveys, contests, pyramid schemes;
To replace another person or User, or to allow any other person or entity to use your user profile to post or view comments;
While using the online platform Helpnhome, it is not possible to:
Use the online platform Helpnhome for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
Post or upload any content on which you have not obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use it accordingly;
Spamming the same service over and over again;
Download any file posted by another User you know cannot be legally distributed through the Helpnhome platform;
Restrict or prevent any other User from using the online application Helpnhome;
Adapt, modify, license or translate the online Helpnhome platform for your own personal or commercial use;
Upload content on the online platform Helpnhome that is offensive and / or harmful, including any content that advocates, supports, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group of people. ;
Upload content that provides material or access to material that abusively, violently, or sexually exploits people; Use the Helpnhome online platform to request any other business, website or service or otherwise, contact Users for employment, contracting or any purpose unrelated to the use of the Helpnhome online platform, as set forth herein;
Use the Helpnhome online platform to collect usernames, e-mail addresses or other personal information of Users by electronic or other means;
Use the online Helpnhome platform or services in violation of this Agreement;
Use the Helpnhome online platform in a manner that is false or misleading (directly or through omission or non-updating of information), or for the purpose of accessing or obtaining trade secret information from S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. for the purpose of public disclosure or for other purposes;
Attempting to defraud the payment system or service fee or platform fee in any way, including making or processing payments outside the Helpnhome online platform, by providing inaccurate information about invoices or otherwise fraudulent billing;
Register under different usernames or identities after your account has been suspended or terminated, or register under multiple fake usernames or identities, or register using a fake email or phone number, or disposable;
Use tools to hide your IP address (such as a digital network).

7. Mobile application updates and upgrades:

By installing the application (s), you consent to the installation of the application and updates released through the online platform Helpnhome. The application (including updates) may cause your device to automatically communicate with HELPNHOME servers to deliver application functionality and record usage values, affect preferences or application-related data stored on your device, and collect personal information as provided in our privacy policy You can uninstall the application (s) at any time.

8. Deactivation and suspension:

SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. may suspend your right to use the online platform Helpnhome pending an investigation into your breach of this Agreement. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. may deactivate your account or limit your use of the Helpnhome online platform after you determine that you have violated a provision of this Agreement. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. will provide you with a written notice of its decision. If you wish to challenge this decision, please contact us at the e-mail address contact@helpnhome.ro within 7 days of receiving such notification with the reasons for the appeal.
If S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. will suspend or deactivate your account or limit your use of the online Helpnhome platform in accordance with this section 8, you will be prohibited from subsequently register and create a new account under your name or company name, a fake or borrowed name or the name of any third party, even if you can act on behalf of the third party.
Even after your right to use the Online Helpnhome platform is suspended, terminated or limited, this Agreement will remain enforceable against you. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in accordance with the agreement.
SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. reserves the right to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the online platform Helpnhome, in its sole discretion. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. will provide you with notice of any such change or discontinuance as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. will not be liable for any changes or interruptions to all or any part of the Helpnhome online platform. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. has the right to restrict anyone if such a person may endanger the security and integrity of the online platform Helpnhome.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating any use of the Helpnhome online platform and deactivating your account.

9. Account, password, security and telephone communications:

You need to register on the Helpnhome online platform and create an account to use the Helpnhome online platform. You are the only authorized user of the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any log-in, password, and account number provided by you or provided by S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. for accessing the online platform Helpnhome. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, even if not authorized by your S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. has no control over the use of any User’s account and expressly disclaims any liability arising therefrom. If you suspect that any unauthorized party may use your password or account or suspect any other breach of security, you agree to immediately notify S.C. You acknowledge that telephone calls to or from S.C HELPNHOME S.R.L., together with its agents and affiliates, may be monitored and recorded for control and training and quality purposes.
Verify that any contact information provided to S.C HELPNHOME S.R.L. or our agents and our affiliates and Users, including your name, business name, mailing address, email address, your residential or business phone number and / or your mobile phone number, is true and accurate.
Confirm that you are the current subscriber or the owner of any phone number you provide. You are strictly prohibited from providing a telephone number that does not belong to you. If we discover that any information provided in connection with your registration is false or inaccurate, we may suspend or deactivate your account. HELPNHOME S.R.L. or association with those websites, their content or their operators. These links (including without limitation the external sites that are framed by the online platform Helpnhome, as well as any advertisements displayed in connection with it) are provided as an information service, for reference and convenience only. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. does not control any such sites and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, advertising, products or services. It is your responsibility to evaluate the content and usefulness of information obtained from other websites. You acknowledge and agree that S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. is not involved in the creation or development of third party websites and assumes no responsibility for third party websites and cannot be held responsible for claims arising from or relating to third party websites. 16. Amendments to this Agreement and the HELPNHOME Platform:

SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, supplement, suspend, discontinue or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy) and to review, improve , modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Helpnhome online platform or any content or information through the Helpnhome online platform at any time, effectively with or without prior notice and without any liability to Users. General

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone devices and other equipment and software, as well as all internet service providers, mobile services and other services required to receive calls and text messages. Text messaging can only be available with selected carriers with compatible phones.
Withholding of taxes or allowances:
SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. does not hire Professionals. SC HELPNHOME S.R.L. is not responsible and will not be liable for the compensation of Professionals or for any payment such as withholding taxes, unemployment insurance, social insurance, disability insurance or any other insurance and taxes in connection with the use by the User of the online platform HELPNHOME. Each User assumes all responsibility for their purchase and payment.
Judicial checks: You will promptly announce S.C. HELPNHOME S.R.L. in writing if you have any potentially relevant criminal convictions (except for parking fines or speeding fines) that occur while using the online platform Helpnhome.

20. Litigation:
